Welcome to the first step of our College Scholarship process!

Every year, each Delegate and Senator in the Maryland General Assembly receives legislative scholarship funds through the Maryland Higher Education Commission to award to their constituents who are pursuing higher education. If you live in eastern Baltimore County, District 7A, and are pursuing a degree, you may qualify to receive an award from the Office of Delegate Ryan Nawrocki.

Our scholarship will open in January. Please reach out and we will be happy to share a link with you to our 2025-2026 scholarship application.  Typically, we award over $100,000 in scholarships to well-deserving students.  This is a highlight of my work and a great honor to support access to higher education, trade school, and technical training for students of all ages.

If you are attending an out-of-state school, you must have an approved “unique major” status from MHEC to receive a scholarship towards an out-of-state school. To apply for “unique major status” please visit www.mhec.state.md.us
